Matt, on the other hand, had built a strong Real Estate career in Australia. A licensed agent since 19, he owned multiple Real Estate offices and later transitioned into short term rentals, recognizing the potential in high end, curated stays.
Their paths crossed at the perfect time. With James’ expertise in scaling businesses and Matt’s deep understanding of Australian property, they joined forces to create a short-term rental business focused on luxury, profitability, and guest experience.
